Imperfect.

Much has happened in the past few weeks. A tiff with my club member made me realise that sometimes taking risks for 'the good of the club' might not be the best thing to do. Too much on my plate can bring about disruption and anger.
Finding out more and more about others made me realise how superficial people can be, not everyone, but some. What seems to be on the outside is not what is within.
Realising how important closure can be, especially if that one person is someone close to the heart.
Trying to be open minded about how to improve myself, especially when it comes to leading a group. Constructive criticism is only effective if one listens right.
Whatever has happened, I thank God for all of them nonetheless.
Whatever has happened will help me to open my eyes about what I should and should not do in the future.
Some get away with being laidback and not so rigid.
Some people need to be firm and strict.
Where do I stand in this?
